Vacation

For our vacation this year, we headed to Oregon.  We started out in Portland, then headed to Salem, Winston, Bandon, Tillamook and eventually ended our trip with a few days in Seaside.  Everyone had a good time, but we were glad to be back home!  Here are a few pictures from the zoo in Portland:

 Cameron really liked the T-Rex, he kept yelling out "he is SOOO HUGE!" LOL

 The dinosaurs were making loud growling dinosaur noises, so Jesse kept growling back at them!

After we were done in Portland, we headed to Salem to hang out at the Enchanted Forest theme park.  We went through storybook land, western town, an old english town and even got sit down and watch a new age version play of Little Red Riding Hood. Here are a few snapshots from Enchanted Forest:

 Next stop was Winston where we drove through the wildlife safari park!

 None of my boys(James included) had ever seen a rhino before! They thought it was so cool how close we were to them!

 After we left the wildlife safari in Winston, we were ahead of schedule so we decided to add another stop and headed to Bandon, OR where we had heard about another wildlife safari...one you could walk through instead of drive through!

Out of all the cool animals that we saw, Cameron said his favorite was this donkey!  Too funny!!

The boys were super excited to be able to pet the baby tiger!  She was sooo cute and super sweet!

After the wildlife safari in Bandon, we headed to Seaside.  We had a long drive ahead of us so we stopped for dinner in Tillamook and took a tour through the cheese factory and grabbed some ice cream cones on our way out.  We finally arrived in Seaside and headed to the aquarium to feed the seals. By the time we were done visiting the aquarium the boys were more than ready to hit the beach!

We all had a great time, but it was nice to get back home again and back into our normal routines!
